Wetlands Protection Director's Order and Procedural Manual

The Wetland Protection Procedural Manual was developed for use by the National Park Service (NPS) in carrying out its responsibilities under Executive Order (E.O.) 11990 to protect wetlands. It contains two main elements: 1) the text of Director's Order (D.O.) #77-1:Wetland Protection (last issued in 2002) and 2) detailed procedures (in Sections 3–5) by which the NPS will implement D.O. #77-1.
