More and more visitors are coming each year to enjoy the magic of Yosemite, and this coupled with development in the park have impacted air quality, especially in Yosemite Valley. Ozone, sulfur, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter are all threats that must be met. Come with us now to the top of Glacier Point. From this granite promontory 3,000 feet above the Valley floor, we have a unique bird's eye view of both Yosemite's world-renowned vistas and the quality of the air in the park.
