Air Quality Estimates

Tables below provide 5-year average estimates of ozone, visibility, and nitrogen and sulfur wet deposition. Estimates are based on data from national air quality monitoring networks operated by the NPS, EPA, states, and others. For a detailed explanation of the methods used to obtain air quality estimates on this page visit the methods webpage.

Please note that considering 5-year average estimates for a given location over time is not a statistically valid method of evaluating trends. Instead, please visit our Air Quality Conditions & Trends website to explore park specific air quality trends.
